It still provides dried fruits and Turkish delight to the leading hypermarkets of Turkey with its factory in Istanbul. Production: The dried fruits that we supply from various regions of Anatolia are selected with care and they become ready for roasting after pickling in brine and salting. The quality and hygiene of the product is a top priority in this process. The products that are left for cooling after roasting and sifting are packed in different various in a short time and are made ready for the market.
